Our chef from Yangzhou integrated the essence of Huaiyang cuisine into the traditional Cantonese Poon Choi with an array of dried seafood, Huaiyang specialities and other festive delicacies. Complimentary 1957 & Co. $500 dining vouchers are included upon purchasing Huaiyang-style Poon Choi. 1957 & Co. dining vouchers are applicable at any restaurants under 1957 & Co. and can be collected upon Poon Choi pick up.
The redemption period for Huaiyang-style Poon Choi is from 20-31 December 2023 and from 1-24 February 2024.
