Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Free delivery is available upon $1,000 net spending per transaction and is only applicable to designated products and merchants. The offer period of free delivery is from 20 November to 15 December 2023.
2. Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery service. Under normal circumstances, the orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
In-store Pick Up Terms & Conditions
1. In-store pick-up product is not applicable to delivery service. Please redeem the product in-person by presenting the QR code in your confirmation email to the designated merchants in Lee Gardens area.
General Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion period of “hy! Xmas 2023” is from 20 November 2023 to 1 January 2024.
2. Please shop "Delivery Order" and "In-store Pick Up" items in separate orders. "hy! Exclusive Advent Calendar" is not under this limitation.
3. If you have any enquiry regarding the products, please contact the designated merchants.
4. All transactions cannot be altered or cancelled and are not refundable nor redeemable for cash once purchased.
5. Hysan reserves the right to end or change any of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever.
6. Hysan reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.
