2. Please arrive at Urban Sky, 9/F, Hysan Place at least 5 minutes before the start of the event.
3. No change or refund request will be accepted once booking is confirmed.
4. If Typhoon No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm signal is in force 4 hours before the activity starts, the event will be cancelled without further notice.
5. Declaration - Personal Data Privacy
By participating in the event, the participant hereby agrees that Hysan Corporate Services Limited may process all relevant personal data provided for the purpose of registering for the event. All personal data held by Hysan Corporate Services Limited will be securely stored and handled. This declaration includes the following:
· The participant gives consent voluntarily and without being coerced or threatened in any way.
· Hysan Corporate Services Limited shall not disclose the personal data provided here to any third party without the participant's prior written consent.
· The participant agrees to waive any right to claim compensation or reward arising from Hysan Corporate Services Limited using the personal data for authorized purposes.
· The participant is aware that they can notify Hysan Corporate Services Limited in writing at any time to withdraw their authorization. Subsequently, they have the right to request the cessation of Hysan Corporate Services Limited’s use of relevant personal data.
· The participants are aware that photographs and videos will be taken during the event, and they consent to Hysan Corporate Services Limited using these photographs and videos for their purposes.
