Artist Biographies
Indigo Town
Indigo Town has been a fixture in Hong Kong’s live music scene since 2015. This ensemble of seasoned international musicians infuses every performance with a wealth of experience, offering a fresh and soulful spin on popular tracks. With a diverse repertoire that spans genres from pop and rock to funk and soul, Indigo Town has enchanted audiences at noteworthy venues such as AIA Carnival, Corona Pop Fest, and Happy Valley Racecourse.

1. Participation in the event is entirely voluntary. Before registering and making any payment, all participants must carefully read these Terms and Conditions. By registering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Please arrive at Urban Sky, 9/F, Hysan Place at least 10 minutes before the start of the event.
3. No change or refund request will be accepted once booking is confirmed
4. If Typhoon No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm signal is in force 4 hours before the activity starts, the event will be cancelled without further notice.
5. Declaration - Personal Data Privacy
By participating in the workshop/event, the Participant hereby confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the Hysan Group's Privacy Policy Statement and the Personal Information Collection Statement. Participant also agrees to Hysan’s use of his/her personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy Statement and the Personal Information Collection Statement. Personal data provided by Participants will be collected, processed and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Participants have the right to request access to and to correct personal data. To access your personal data, please contact Hysan.
· The participant is aware that photographs and videos will be taken during the the workshops/events, and they consent to Hysan and the Event Partner taking and using these photographs and videos (“Recordings”) for their purposes. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of Hysan and the Event Partner.
· These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the law of Hong Kong, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Hong Kong in case of dispute.
· In case of any disputes, the decisions of Hysan and the Event Partner shall be final and binding on all parties.
· The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any inconsistency of conflict between the Chinese and English versions.
