Class details
We offer 3 flexible learning options to suit different children’s needs and readiness levels.
Option 1: Fast Track Programme
Best for: children who have previously joined Playdot / LohaSmart singing certificate classes, or children assessed as ready for a short, focused preparation route.
• 4 learning lessons + 1 final digital video recording lesson
• Focused preparation for one selected certificate
• More intensive, goal-oriented learning pace
Option 2: Regular Programme
Best for: young beginners, including children new to music, singing and drama. This programme helps children build confidence and basic skills step by step at a steady, age-appropriate pace.
• 14 learning lessons + 2 digital video recording lessons
• Opportunity to prepare for two or more certificates
• Builds a stronger foundation in music, movement, singing, drama, and performance
Option 3: 1:1 Coaching / Self-Arranged Private Groups
1:1 coaching and self-arranged private groups are available for families who prefer a more personalised learning arrangement, such as:
• Flexible grouping and scheduling
• A quieter or more private learning environment
• Learning with siblings, friends or classmates

Fast Track Group Classes
Each Fast Track group includes 4 scheduled learning lessons plus 1 separately arranged 30-minute individual recording session.
• Class 1: Monday, 2-3PM / 3-4PM
Dates: 21/9, 28/9, 5/10, 12/10
• Class 2: Wednesday, 2-3PM / 3-4PM
Dates: 2/9, 9/9, 23/9, 30/9
• Class 3: Wednesday, 2-3PM / 3-4PM
Dates: 7/10, 14/10, 21/10, 28/10
Regular Group Class
Each Regular group includes 14 scheduled learning lessons plus 2 digital video recording lessons.
• Every Wednesday, 4:30-5:30PM / 5:30-6:30PM

Fees
• Fast Track Programme: HKD2,000 / 4 group lessons + 1 individual recording session
• Regular Programme: HKD6,200 / 14 group lessons + 2 digital video recording lessons
• 1:1 Coaching: HKD500 / class (45min)
Remarks
• Playdot playroom access is included for the corresponding class session.
• The final Fast Track lesson is a 30-minute 1:1 digital video recording session. The exact time will be arranged separately with the teacher.
• By default, Fast Track prepares students for the November LCM examination intake. Digital recording should be completed before 1 November 2026. Trinity and ISoM options may be considered separately, depending on the child’s readiness and assessment requirements.
• Programme fees do not include examination entry fees, which are payable separately when registering for the selected examination.
• For 1:1 coaching or self-arranged private groups, please enquire separately for available schedules after the group has been formed.
• Throughout the course, our teacher will observe each child’s progress and recommend the most suitable certificate level or exam option based on their readiness and confidence.
• Once your registration is confirmed, we will send the final class date and time to you by email and WhatsApp.

- Each class registration is limited to 1 child.
- Successful Payment & Class Registration cannot be changed or cancelled. Payment will not be refunded in any form.
- For any missed class, parents must inform LohaSmart in writing at least 3 days in advance so that make-up arrangements can be considered. Classes missed without proper advance notice will not be eligible for make-up. Each student may arrange up to 1 make-up class for the Fast Track Programme or up to 2 make-up classes for the Regular Programme, regardless of the reason for absence. Make-up classes must be completed within the same month and cannot be carried over to the following month. LohaSmart and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to determine make-up class availability.
- Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes prior to class start time for registration. All classes will start as scheduled. Participants who are late for the class will not be given any make-up class.
- The class cannot be exchanged for cash or used to redeem other products or services.
- If the class does not meet the minimum participant requirement, it will be cancelled. A refund will be processed, which may take up to 21 working days.
- No classes will be held on public holidays.
- LohaSmart and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to end or extend the programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever.
- LohaSmart may use photos, videos and/or audio recordings of children, performances or classes for teacher training, curriculum development and/or promotional purposes, unless parents inform LohaSmart otherwise in writing in advance.
- Participants must take care and safeguard their personal belongings. LohaSmart and Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not take any responsibility and shall not assume any liability, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, damages, accidents, injury, death, special incidental or consequential damage that may be suffered by any guests or third parties arising from their presence at the venue.
- Event will be cancelled if any of the following signals is issued and still in force 3 hours before the activity is scheduled to begin: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above; Black Rainstorm Warning Signal; or extreme conditions. All the affected events will be cancelled or subject to other arrangements as shall be notified by LohaSmart and Hysan Marketing Services Limited. The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, participants should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the events. No refund will be arranged to the absentee for these cases.
- LohaSmart and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in the case of any dispute. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
