About "Kids’ Gallery”
Established in 1996, Kids’ Gallery is Hong Kong’s leading children’s international arts organisation, specialising in developing creativity in children and youth. It provides early learners, visual, performing, and communication arts courses to students aged from one to 12 years.
The aim is to create awareness of and arouse interest in the arts, and to develop a solid foundation of creativity, enquiry-based learning, and critical thinking, through a wide range of arts enrichment programmes.

Remark
- Please accompany your child: ONE parent/caregiver is required.
- Dress code: Wear non-slippery socks.
- Choose your weekday option (once/twice/three times per week) based on your schedule.

• By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
• Each class registration is limited to 1 child. One parent or caregiver is required.
• Successful Payment & Class Registration cannot be changed or cancelled. Payment will not be refunded in any form.
• We shall contact you to confirm booking in 3 working days after payment or you can send WhatsApp message to 96825082
• Fees must be paid in full before students may attend classes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to students if fees have not been paid on or before the class
• Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes prior to class start time for registration. All classes will start as scheduled. Participants who are late for the class will not be given any make-up class.
• If the class does not meet the minimum participant requirement, it will be cancelled. A refund will be processed, which may take up to 21 working days.
• Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to end or extend the programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever.
• Participants must take care and safeguard their personal belongings. Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not take any responsibility and shall not assume any liability, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, damages, accidents, injury, death, special incidental or consequential damage that may be suffered by any guests or third parties arising from their presence at the venue.
• Event will be cancelled if any of the following signals is issued and still in force 3 hours before the activity is scheduled to begin: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above; Black Rainstorm Warning Signal; or extreme conditions. All the affected events will be cancelled or subject to other arrangements as shall be notified by Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited. The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, participants should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the events. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather may be rescheduled to the following week, subject to availability. Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to determine the topic of all make-up classes.
• For make-up class arrangements, inform Kids' Gallery Company Limited at 96825082 at least one day in advance and in writing of classes to be missed so that Kids' Gallery Company Limited can schedule the make-up classes. Classes missed without proper notice will not be made up later. A maximum of one make-up may be made per month, regardless of the reason for the make-ups. Make-up classes must be taken within the month and cannot be carried over to the next month/term. Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to determine the topic of all make-up classes, subject to availability.
• No Classes will be held on public holiday.
• Kids' Gallery Company Limited reserve the right to dispose of or use any students’ work not collected within one month from the last class attended.
• Parents may take photographs, videos, and recordings but only focusing on their own children, and not on the other students in the class. Any media used must not cause a distraction to teachers, other students, or interrupt the class format, and may not be used for commercial or financial gain. You must respect the proprietary nature of all the classes taught at Kids' Gallery Company Limited and not infringe on copyright, registration marks, and trademarks
• Kids' Gallery Company Limited reserve the right to use photos, videos, and/or sound recordings of children and their artwork, performances, or classes, for teacher training, curriculum, and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed in advance by you in writing.
• Kids' Gallery Company Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in the case of any dispute. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
