Lee Gardens Lee Gardens Playdot x The Art Lab Wawa Lab Art Course (2.5–6 years old)

·         Each class registration is limited to 1 child. 

·         Successful Payment & Class Registration cannot be changed or cancelled.  Payment will not be refunded in any form. 

·         Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes prior to class start time for registration. All classes will start as scheduled. Participants who are late for the class will not be given any make-up class. 

·         The class cannot be exchanged for cash or used to redeem other products or services. 

·         If the class does not meet the minimum participant requirement, it will be cancelled. A refund will be processed, which may take up to 21 working days. 

·         The Art Laboratory Concept Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to end or extend the programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever. 

·         Participants must take care and safeguard their personal belongings. The Art Laboratory Concept Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not take any responsibility and shall not assume any liability, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, damages, accidents, injury, death, special incidental or consequential damage that may be suffered by any guests or third parties arising from their presence at the venue. 

·         Event will be cancelled if any of the following signals is issued and still in force 3 hours before the activity is scheduled to begin: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above; Black Rainstorm Warning Signal; or extreme conditions. All the affected events will be cancelled or subject to other arrangements as shall be notified by The Art Laboratory and Hysan Marketing Services Limited. The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, participants should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the events. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather may be rescheduled within 14 days at Playdot or The Art Laboratory Concept Limited campus, subject to availability. The Art Laboratory Concept Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to determine the topic of all make-up classes.

·         As our curriculum is designed with a spiral learning approach where each lesson builds upon progressive learning, The Art Laboratory Concept Limited can arrange only one make-up class per month. The make-up class must be scheduled within our designated timeslots and completed within the same calendar month (Except for classes postponed due to inclement weather). For personal leave, please notify The Art Laboratory Concept Limited at least 3 days in advance to be eligible for a make-up class (maximum of one make-up class per month). For sick leave, a valid medical certificate must be presented to arrange a make-up class.

·         Various art materials will be used during the classes. If the participant has any known allergies to specific materials, parents/guardians must inform The Art Laboratory Concept Limited prior to registration or before the class commences. The Art Laboratory Concept Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health conditions resulting from the use of art materials provided during the classes.

·         The Art Laboratory Concept Limited and Hysan Marketing Services Limited reserve the right to make the final decision in the case of any dispute. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
