"1. The payment of all the courses should be paid in advanced. Tuition fee is non-refundable nor transferable.
2. An amount of HK$50 will be charged as the administrative fee for any one-time change of lesson time, date or change of class.
3. For any new enrollment, an application fee of HK$100 will be charged per student. Student who has not registered for any courses within three months (i.e., three months from the last day of class) will be considered as a new enrollment.
4. Date of payment for regular course(s): Except for particular courses stated, the tuition fee of the next month should be settled before the end of the current month in order to retain the student status.
5. Date of payment for Science course(s): Except for particular courses stated, the tuition fee of the next course should be settled before the last lesson of the currently enrolled course in order to retain the student status.
6. Under any circumstances, the tuition fee for an absent class will not be refunded in any forms, including full refund, proportional refund, payment of the current and/or other courses or transferal to other students. "
