Terms & Conditions
- Redemption period: 16 Aug 2024 to 22 Sep 2024
- Redemption Venue: Hysan Place Shop 511B
- Pickup date should be at least 4 days after order date, e.g. if order is placed on 19 Aug 2024, the earliest pickup date would be 23 Aug 2023.
- Please present the QR code in your confirmation email, check the quantity and condition of product upon pickup. Kindly be noted that no refund will be arranged after product pickup.
- Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be resold or transferred to others.
- Once the order is confirmed, it is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of merchant shall be final.
- Pictures are for reference only.
Delivery Arrangement
- Member can enjoy free delivery for purchasing “delivery applicable” festive products over HK$1,200 net amount in single order. Member will be charged HK$68 as delivery fee for order below $1,200.
- All Delivery items are required to order 3 days in advance. (For example, for order placed on 25 Aug, the earliest delivery date will be 27 Aug)
- Daily delivery hours are 1 pm - 6 pm, specific delivery times are not available.
- Delivery service is provided by Easy Mobile Logistics Hong Kong Limited (LALAMOVE).
- The latest delivery date is 16 September 2024.
- One single delivery address is available for each transaction.
- Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, and only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding other remote areas).
- If you want to deliver to more than one address, please order separately.
- If the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect and causes additional delivery, we reserve the right to collect additional delivery cost.
- Delivery service is not included Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Ma Wan, island district and restricted areas.
- Below delivery areas or service may involve additional charges, customers have to pay cash upon delivery.
- HK$40 additional delivery charge: Sai Kung, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Tao Mei Tul
- HK$60 additional delivery charge: Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport
- HK$80 additional delivery charge: Discovery Bay (excluding tunnel fee and entrance fee)
- HK$10 additional service charge: Stairs charge per floor per delivery
- When the goods are delivered to the designated shipping address, the customer needs to sign for the goods received to prove that the responsibility for the goods has been transferred to the recipient. If the recipient is not the payer, the recipient’s signature has proved that we have completed the delivery and delivery responsibility.
- When typhoon signal No. 8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning is effective, or in weather conditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service time will be delayed, or other arrangements will be made.
- The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.
- All confirmed or paid orders cannot be changed, returned or refunded.

Self-Pickup Arrangement
- When picking up the ordered items, please show the order number in the confirmation email/message to the merchant staff.
- For inquiries about order details/store business hours, please contact customer service.
- Unless otherwise specified, please pick up the purchased items within the selected date. If the withdrawal is overdue, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
