hy! Moon Festival Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Free delivery service will be offered for selected festive items (based on the discounted net amount).
  2. All Delivery items are required to order 3 days in advance. (For example, for order placed on 7 Aug, the earliest delivery date will be 9 Aug)
  3. Daily delivery hours are 2 pm - 6 pm, specific delivery times are not available.

  4. Delivery service is provided by Easy Mobile Logistics Hong Kong Limited (LALAMOVE).

  5. The latest delivery date is 10 September 2022.

  6. One single delivery address is available for each transaction.
  7. Delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, and only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding other remote areas).

  8. If you want to deliver to more than one address, please order separately.

  9. If the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect and causes additional delivery, we reserve the right to collect additional delivery cost.

  10. Delivery service is not included Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Ma Wan, island district and restricted areas.

  11. Below delivery areas or service may involve additional charges, customers have to pay cash upon delivery.

  12. HK$40 additional delivery charge: Sai Kung, Sha Tau Kok, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Tao Mei Tul

  13. HK$60 additional delivery charge: Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport

  14. HK$80 additional delivery charge: Discovery Bay (excluding tunnel fee and entrance fee)

  15. HK$10 additional service charge: Stairs charge per floor per delivery

  16. When the goods are delivered to the designated shipping address, the customer needs to sign for the goods received to prove that the responsibility for the goods has been transferred to the recipient. If the recipient is not the payer, the recipient’s signature has proved that we have completed the delivery and delivery responsibility.

  17. When typhoon signal No. 8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning is effective, or in weather conditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery, the delivery service time will be delayed, or other arrangements will be made.

  18. The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

  19. All confirmed or paid orders cannot be changed, returned or refunded.
