"hy! Power Up" - Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Merchant e-Cash Vouchers

  1. The promotion period is from 10 a.m. on 18 August 2023, while stocks last.

  2. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers can be purchased on the hy! online platform during the promotion period. Terms and Conditions of hy! apply. Please refer to hy! online platform for details.

  3. Customers must download the Lee Gardens App as a Lee Gardens Club Member to purchase and use the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers.

  4. Each Lee Gardens Club Member can purchase a maximum of two (2) Merchant e-Cash Vouchers from the same dining merchant per day, and five (5) Merchant e-Cash Vouchers from the same retail merchant per day.

  5. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers cannot be altered or cancelled, and are not refundable nor redeemable for cash once purchased.

  6. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers are available with quotas on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The offer will be terminated without prior notice once the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers are sold out.

  7. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers are valid until 23 October 2023 and will not be reissued after expiry.

  8. Customers purchasing Merchant e-Cash Vouchers with designated Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) Credit Cards are entitled to enjoy one of the following offers: 1) Get an extra $100 Lee Gardens Area e-Coupon upon net spending of $500 (after the 30% discount); or 2) Get an extra $200 Lee Gardens Area e-Coupon upon $1,000 net spending (after the 30% discount). Lee Gardens Area e-Coupons are valid until 23 October 2023. Hang Seng offers have limited quotas, and are available while stocks last. Customers shall settle the transaction with designated Hang Seng Credit Cards upon using the Merchants e-Cash Vouchers and Lee Garden Area e-Coupons of exclusive Hang Seng offer.

  9. "Designated Hang Seng Bank Limited Credit Cards" refers to the Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card and Spending Card.

  10. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Lee Gardens Area Gift e-Certificates, Gift Certificates, e-Coupons or Coupons.

  11. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers are issued by the designated merchants, and are only valid at the designated merchants in the Lee Gardens Area, which is comprised of Lee Garden One to Six, Hysan Place, Lee Theatre Plaza, Leighton Centre, One Hysan Avenue (I.T HYSAN ONE), 25 Lan Fong Road or 12 Pak Sha Road. Merchant Terms & Conditions apply. For details, please refer to the full Terms & Conditions on the Lee Gardens App. The designated merchants shall be fully responsible for any customer enquiries, claims, and complaints whatsoever regarding the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers. Customers should contact the relevant designated merchants immediately directly if they have any issues with or enquiries regarding the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers and under no circumstances will Hysan Marketing Services Limited or the Hysan Group of companies (collectively, “Hysan”) be liable for or entertain any enquiry or complaint nor be a party to any such dispute.

  12. Successfully purchased Merchant e-Cash Vouchers are stored in the "My Wallet" section of the Lee Gardens App. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers will be forfeited upon validity date without prior notice, and the offers will be terminated immediately. No refund or redemption for cash or compensation whatsoever will be given for any expired, unredeemed or unused Merchant e-Cash Vouchers.

  13. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers cannot be altered, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other coupons or certificates of any value. No change or refund will be given when using Merchant e-Cash Vouchers.

  14. Customers must use the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers in person at the respective designated merchants in the Lee Gardens Area.

  15. Each Merchant e-Cash Voucher is valid for single use only. A daily maximum number of Merchant e-Cash Vouchers held by the same Lee Gardens Club member (under a single Lee Gardens Club Member ID) can be used per merchant per transaction is imposed. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the respective designated merchants for details.

  16. Merchant e-Cash Vouchers purchased on the hy! online platform are not eligible for the redemption of any Lee Garden Areas cash coupons/gifts/free parking offers. However, the net amount of payment is eligible for points registration. For transactions made using a Merchant e-Cash Voucher, the eligible net spending after deducting the value of the Merchant e-Cash Voucher may be used to register points or redeem Lee Gardens parking offers/shopping rewards (if applicable) on the same day of spending. Terms and Conditions apply.

  17. A maximum of 20% of the net purchase only can be settled by Lee Gardens Points for each hy! Power Up Merchant e-Cash Voucher transaction. The balance must be settled with a designated payment method.

  18. Internet access and an iOS or Android smartphone with the Lee Gardens App installed are required to access the Merchant e-Cash Vouchers.

  19. The online transactions are processed via a third-party payment service provider. Only eligible payment methods will be accepted, including credit cards (Visa/Master credit cards only), WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, Fast Payment System (FPS), Octopus, PayMe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By purchasing Merchant e-Cash Vouchers, customers shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted that the transactions are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the payment service provider; customers’ payment information will be collected, processed, and kept by the payment service provider; customers are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred or sustained by customers in making such transactions; and Hysan shall not be responsible for any losses or liabilities in any event.

  20. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have provided their correct mobile phone numbers, have properly installed the Lee Gardens App, and have internet access. Hysan shall not be responsible for non-delivery of any Merchant e-Cash Vouchers or surprise offers arising from wrong information provided by customers or malfunctioning of the Lee Gardens App or internet access, or for any reason, and any relevant Merchant e-Cash Vouchers will not be reissued.

  21. Hysan reserves the right to end or extend the above programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever. Hysan reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.

  22. No person other than the e-Cash Voucher-holding customer and Hysan (including its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.

  23. Each customer confirms that he/she have read, understood and accepted the Hysan Group's Privacy Policy Statement (available at www.hysan.com.hk/privacy-policy-statement) and the Personal Information Collection Statement during their membership registration. Each customer also agrees to Hysan’s use of his/her personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy Statement and the Personal Information Collection Statement. Hysan (including its agents) may require customers to provide proof of identity or other items of personal information, including but not limited to an individual's name and bank/credit card numbers, for the purpose of processing the offers, to verify the cardholder's eligibility or the validity or authenticity of the spending, and/or for internal administration and auditing purposes. If a customer refuses to provide the relevant information, Hysan reserves the right to not process the redemption and/or offer.

  24. Customers have the right to request access to their personal data held by Hysan and to request a correction of any personal data that is incorrect. Hysan has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing and complying with a data access request. Requests for access or correction of a customer's personal data, or enquiries about Hysan's policies and practices in relation to personal data, should be made in writing to data.officer@hysan.com.hk.

  25. In the case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.


Terms and Conditions for Use of hy! Power Up Merchant e-Cash Vouchers (Applicable for participating retails merchants)

  1. This Merchant e-Cash Voucher is valid until 23 October 2023.
  2. Expired Merchant e-Cash Vouchers will not be accepted. Expired, unused and unredeemed Merchant e-Cash Voucher will not be accepted.  nor extended, refunded or exchanged forcash.
  3. A maximum of five (5) Merchant e-Cash Vouchers held by the same Lee Gardens Club member (under a single Lee Gardens Club Member ID) can be used per transaction per designated merchant
  4. Bill splitting arrangements will not be accepted while using Merchant e-Cash Vouchers
  5. This Merchant e-Cash Voucher is valid for single use only
  6. The designated merchant may not allow this Merchant e-Cash Voucher to be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Merchant’s Terms & Conditions apply. For details, please contact the relevant merchant. The designated merchant shall be fully responsible for all enquiries, claims and complaints whatsoever regarding this Merchant e-Cash Voucher.   9. This Merchant e-Cash Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with Lee Gardens Area Gift e-Certificates, Gift Certificates, e-Coupons or Coupons
  10. This Merchant e-Cash Voucher is not applicable to purchase merchant coupons, cash coupons, gift cards or for stored-value card top-ups
  11. The designated merchant will not accept refund for transactions with this Merchant e-Cash Voucher applied.

  1. This e-Coupon will be valid until 23 October 2023. Expired e-Coupon will not be accepted. Expired, unused and unredeemed e-Coupon will not be extended, refunded or exchanged for cash.

  2. This e-Coupon must be presented in person at the designated shops or restaurants in the Lee Gardens Area (including Lee Garden One to Six, Hysan Place, Lee Theatre Plaza, Leighton Centre, One Hysan Avenue (I.T HYSAN ONE), 25 Lan Fong Road or 12 Pak Sha Road. The list of designated merchants (“Acceptance List”) is subject to change without prior notice. The website version of the Acceptance List shall prevail.

  3. ONE e-Coupon can be used per transaction.

  4. Customers shall settle the transaction with designated Hang Seng Credit Cards upon using the e-Coupons of exclusive Hang Seng offer.

  5. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with hy! Power Up Merchant e-Cash Vouchers, other Lee Gardens Area Gift e-Certificates, Gift Certificates, e-Coupons or Coupons.

  6. This e-Coupon is valid for single use only.

  7. This e-Coupon cannot be altered or transferred, or exchanged for cash or other certificates of any value. No change or refund will be given when using the e-Coupon. No exchanges or refunds will be provided once the e-Coupon is used.

  8. This e-Coupon is applicable to dine-in only and do not apply to take-away orders (if applicable).

  9. Each transaction/table can only accept e-Coupon held by one Lee Gardens Club member (under a single Lee Gardens Club Member ID). Bill splitting arrangement will not be accepted.

  10. All enquiries, claims and complaints whatsoever by customers regarding the validity or use of e-Coupon and/or the provision of food and beverages and/or merchandises or services shall be directed to the relevant designated merchants and under no circumstances will Hysan Marketing Services Limited or the Hysan Group of companies (collectively, “Hysan”) be liable for or entertain any enquiry or complaint nor be a party to any such dispute.

  11. This e-Coupon is not valid for purchasing merchant coupons, cash coupons, gift cards or for stored-value card top-ups.
