Harvest Moon is the harvest month, and autumn is the harvest period of rice. Since 2013, it has been brewed with an orange-red wine label and Aishan rice. The spiciness is lighter than that of Yamada Nishiki, pursuing a higher balance. After pouring it into the cup, it emits a slight rice aroma, and you will feel a trace of carbonic acid bubbles in your mouth. It also has a hint of honeydew-like fragrance and a gentle aftertaste.
