The nose on this ultra Daiginjo is a sexy collection of strawberry, melon, pear, apple, and white blossom aromas. Kodama Jozo brewery has taken AAA Yamadanishiki brewing in the 20% rice ratio to the next levels. This is velvety sake that is a liquid luxury in a glass. It tasting clean, round, and semi-viscous there are juicy flavors such as papaya, apple, mango, and pear. It is very soft and very layered and defines ""silky"" sake.
