- All transactions cannot be altered or cancelled and are not refundable nor redeemable for cash once purchased.
- Hysan reserves the right to end or change any of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever.
- Hysan reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Free delivery is available upon $1,000 net spending per transaction and is only applicable to designated products and merchants. The offer period of free delivery is from 20 November to 15 December 2023.
- Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery service. Under normal circumstances, the orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
In-store Pick Up Terms & Conditions
- In-store pick-up product is not applicable to delivery service. Please redeem the product in-person by presenting the QR code in your confirmation email to the designated merchants in Lee Gardens area.
